This is a plain-language draft describing what happens to the information you submit through the Recruitment application form — it is not a substitute for a lawyer-reviewed privacy policy. Amens Games should have this reviewed by legal counsel before relying on it as an official policy.
When you apply through the Recruitment page, we collect what you submit in that form: your name, email address, the area and role you're applying for, a short introduction, your application intent, your CV (PDF), and — if provided — a link to your portfolio.
Solely to evaluate your application and, if you choose "keep my information for future opportunities," to consider you for roles that open later. We do not use this information for any other purpose.
Your application is sent directly to the Amens Games recruitment team. It is not shared with third parties, sold, or used for advertising.
We retain applications for as long as reasonably useful for recruitment purposes, including future-opportunity consideration if you opted into that. You can request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at the recruitment email shown on the Recruitment page.
